Job description We're looking for a caring, dependable, and enthusiastic Assistant Childcare Director to join our team! In this role, you'll support daily center operations, encourage and support our teachers, build positive relationships with families, and help create a safe, nurturing environment where children can learn and thrive. Requirements:

Ohio CPL 2 or above At least 3 years working in childcare (in a large licensed school preferred) Minimum 1 year in assistant director role Extra leadership experience a plus! Knowledge of current DCY licensing rules A great attitude

Details:

40-45 hours per week School is open 7am-6pm, AD shift is primarily 9am-6pm, with some flexibility 45-50k salary with $3500+/quarter bonus potential Medical/Dental benefits 401k + company match Unlimited PTO And more!
