What You Will Do As a Barrington teacher, you will: Build strong, meaningful relationships with children and families. Create a warm, engaging, and well-organized classroom. Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities. Support children's social-emotional, cognitive, language, and physical development. Use your experience and creativity to make learning engaging and meaningful. Observe children's development and respond to their individual needs and interests. Communicate professionally and consistently with families. Collaborate with your teaching team and administration. Participate in enrichment activities, staff training, and professional development. What We Are Looking For:

We are especially interested in experienced early childhood educators who: Have previous experience working in a licensed childcare or preschool setting. Understand developmentally appropriate practices. Are confident managing a classroom while creating a positive environment. Take pride in creating engaging learning experiences. Communicate effectively with children, families, and coworkers. Are dependable, patient, creative, and professional. Work well as part of a team. Want to continue learning and growing as an educator. A degree or formal early childhood education experience is a plus, but we also value the hands-on experience and knowledge great teachers gain in the classroom.

Compensation and Benefits Pay:
