We are seeking a dedicated, calm, and collaborative professional to support our Early Childhood community (ages 3-6) during these crucial afternoon hours. Position Overview The Afternoon Assistant Guide plays a vital role in maintaining the continuity, safety, and serene atmosphere of the classroom. Working closely with the Lead Guide, you will support the children through lunch cleanup, rest time, outdoor exploration, and the afternoon work cycle. This role is ideal for undergraduate/graduate students, career-changers, or educators seeking meaningful, part-time hours in a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

Consistently use gentle, positive language, low vocal tones, and respectful communication to support the peaceful atmosphere of the classroom.

Active Observation:

Experience:

Ability to pass comprehensive federal/state background checks and meet Ohio childcare licensing medical requirements.
