The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for children, fostering their development through engaging activities and supportive interactions. This role requires a strong understanding of childhood development and the ability to manage diverse needs, including those of children with disabilities. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote cognitive, social, and emotional growth. Supervise and engage with children in various activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times. Provide individualized care and support to children, including those with special needs. Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff to create a collaborative learning environment. Observe and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents and adjusting teaching strategies as needed. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience for all students. Skills Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and practices. Experience in caregiving or working with children in daycare, preschool, or similar settings. Proficiency in behavior management techniques to support children's social skills. Ability to provide nurturing care for infants and toddlers while ensuring their safety. Familiarity with special needs education and working with children with disabilities is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills for interacting effectively with children, parents, and colleagues. Creativity in developing engaging activities that cater to various learning styles.
