Duties Assist the Center Director in developing and implementing curriculum plans that promote childhood development and learning aligned with best practices in early childhood education. Support faculty in professional development initiatives, including facilitation of training sessions focused on instructional leadership and educational compliance. Oversee daily center operations, including supervising staff, managing schedules, and ensuring adherence to safety protocols. Participate in strategic planning efforts to enhance program quality, expand community engagement, and support fundraising initiatives. Manage budgets effectively as an executive education administrator, ensuring resources are allocated efficiently to meet program goals. Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations, legal requirements related to childhood education, and special education law. Assist with faculty evaluation processes, providing feedback to promote instructional excellence and team leadership. Collaborate on school administrative functions such as personnel management, enrollment procedures, and maintaining educational records. Foster a welcoming environment for children with diverse needs by understanding educational regulations and promoting inclusive practices. Skills Extensive knowledge of curriculum development tailored to early childhood education and K-12 school experience. Proven management skills with experience supervising school staff and leading teams effectively. Strong background in educational administration, including budgeting, strategic planning, and personnel management in educational settings. Expertise in fundraising strategies to support program growth and community outreach efforts. Familiarity with school legal knowledge, including licensing standards, educational compliance, and special education law. Skilled in professional development facilitation for educators and school staff to enhance instructional quality. Excellent public speaking abilities combined with effective communication skills for engaging stakeholders at all levels. Hands-on classroom experience working directly with young children to inform leadership decisions.
