): Exempt Summary/Objective The primary function of this position is to identify, develop, and convert new customers and applications into profitable, sustainable business for Ohio Semitronics, Inc. This position will identify, target and secure new business opportunities with OEMs and Industrial customers. Develop and execute strategic plans to penetrate new markets. Build a robust sales pipeline through proactive outreach, networking and industry engagement. Essential Functions and Responsibilities Identify and prospect new OEM and industrial customers. Build your own pipeline of qualified opportunities. Contact prospective customers through phone, email, LinkedIn, referrals, networking, and customer visits. Meet directly with engineers, purchasing professionals, operations teams, and other decision-makers. Learn about customers' applications and identify where OSI can solve an electrical measurement challenge. Develop opportunities for both standard and custom products. Work directly with our Engineering and Inside Sales teams to develop customer solutions. Pursue new applications and design-in opportunities with OEM customers. Attend targeted trade shows and industry events. Help expand OSI's presence in growing markets. Manage your opportunities and pipeline using Salesforce. Take ownership of your results. Markets Served OSI products serve customers across a wide variety of industries and applications including: Industrial OEMs Data centers and critical power Battery and Energy Storage Systems (BESS) UPS and backup power Rail and transportation Utilities and power generation Industrial automation Test and measurement Electrical and electronic equipment manufacturers Supervisory Responsibility This position has no supervisory responsibilities. Qualifications Required Education and Experience Approximately 5+ years of successful B2B sales experience . Experience selling industrial, electrical, electronic, instrumentation, automation, sensor, control, or other technical products. A demonstrated ability to prospect and develop new customers. Experience selling to OEMs, manufacturers, engineers, distributors, or industrial customers. Strong communication and relationship-building skills. The confidence to initiate conversations with new prospects. The persistence to follow opportunities through a longer technical sales cycle. An interest in learning technical products and applications. The ability to work independently while also collaborating with a small, experienced team. Position Type/Expected Hours of Work This is a full-time position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Travel Travel requirements include the ability to travel as required to meet with customers, attend meetings, visit target customers and make appropriate presentations. Approximately 20% travel annually. Work environment:

This role may occasionally use hand tools or power tools. The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet to moderate.
