We pride ourselves on being a clean, safe, structured, and transparent center, including live camera access for families (WatchMeGrow). We are currently hiring a reliable, energetic, and nurturing teacher to join our team. Position Overview Full-time position Work with infants, toddlers, preschool, or school-age (based on fit) Create a safe, structured, and engaging classroom environment Follow daily schedules and curriculum (Creative Curriculum) Responsibilities Supervise and ensure the safety of all children Maintain consistent routines and classroom structure Supporting children with potty-training and/or changing diapers Communicate professionally with parents and staff Providing daily updates through Brightwheel Support children's social, emotional, and academic development Keep classroom clean and organized daily Schedule Monday-Friday Shifts scheduled between 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM Pay & Benefits Competitive hourly pay based on experience Direct deposit Paid training Supportive, hands-on ownership Opportunity for growth within the center What We're Looking For Reliable and consistent attendance (this is critical) Positive, patient, and team-oriented Experience in childcare preferred Ability to maintain professionalism in a fast-paced environment Why All About Kids?
