Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment Bring learning to life through play-based curriculum Support children s growth, confidence, and development Build meaningful relationships with children and families Keep classrooms organized while meeting state standards Work alongside a supportive and collaborative team What You Bring Experience in a childcare setting High School Diploma or GED ( Required ) CDA or degree in Early Childhood Education (a plus!)
