Job Description

Responsibilities:
Create a safe, nurturing, and engaging classroom environment Plan and implement age-appropriate lessons and activities Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development Supervise children during play, meals, and rest times Communicate effectively with parents and team members Maintain a clean, organized classroom
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (Associate's or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred) Experience working with young children (ages 2-5) Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patience, creativity, and a positive attitude CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain)
