Childcare Provider About us Green Bean Junction is a privately owned and operated child care center in Lancaster, Ohio. Green Bean Junction is seeking caregivers willing and able to work with children age 6 weeks to 5 years old. Caregivers and qualified applicants must have a high school diploma or GED equivalent. CDA is preferred. Duties include, but are not limited to monitoring children playing, changing diapers, assisting with simple craft projects and learning activities and light housekeeping. All inquiries must be energetic, dependable, reliable, be able to get along with other staff, be able to smile and greet parent and child when coming and going, be able to talk intelligently to a parent, must be able to lift at least 40 pounds, be able to work with children both inside and outside. Everyone is expected to keep their classroom tidy during the day and before they leave. At this time, the position would be afternoons part time only, with the opportunity for full-time, if desired, based on enrollment.
