Job Summary A non-profit organization that opens paths to self-sufficiency and empowerment for individuals and families to enhance our community, is currently seeking Teachers/Family Service Worker (FSW) for the upcoming school year. This will be within a classroom setting, working with preschool age/Pr-K; 3-5 years old. We are seeking qualified candidates interested in working with and educating children to their fullest potential by utilizing the latest curriculum. Schedule Monday-Friday, 8am-4pm 9 months of the year; two weeks off at Christmas time, one week off around Easter, and the summer off (all Unemployment eligible) Responsibilities Develop and educate each Child Development Services child to their fullest potential by utilizing the latest curriculum, Daily and Weekly lesson planning, Assist the children and families by ensuring coordination, facilitation, identification, enrollment, and provision of individual services in accordance with Child Development Services Standards, licensing regulations, and West Ohio CAP Policies and Procedures, Ensure all children receive required health and health-related services by connecting them to resources, providing follow-up support services, and identifying and removing barriers to needed services. Qualifications Minimum of AA degree in Early Childhood Education OR Current/valid Preschool CDA and be enrolled in a program that grants a qualifying Associate or higher degree in Early Childhood Education, with required coursework and experience, to be completed within three years. #NHR2
