What You'll Do As a Teacher, you'll help create a warm, engaging classroom where children can learn and thrive.

You'll:

Create a safe, nurturing, and welcoming environment for children Lead age-appropriate learning activities, play, and classroom experiences Build positive relationships with children and their families Support children's social, emotional, physical, and educational development Help with daily routines, including meals, transitions, rest time, and classroom activities Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom Work closely with fellow teachers and center leadership Follow licensing, health, safety, and KinderCare standards Communicate with families about their child's day and progress What We're Looking For We're looking for caring, dependable people who enjoy helping children learn and grow. You may be a great fit if you: Are at least 18 years old or meet Ohio licensing requirements for the position Have a high school diploma or equivalent, as required Enjoy working with young children Are patient, reliable, and comfortable working as part of a team Communicate positively with children, families, and coworkers Are willing to learn and participate in ongoing training Previous experience in childcare, preschool, daycare, education, babysitting, or child development is a plus, but we encourage candidates with a passion for working with children to apply.
