Milan Child Development Center is looking for an enthusiastic, nurturing, and dependable Lead Preschool Teacher to join our team of dedicated educators. You'll spend your days guiding, encouraging, and inspiring curious little learners ages 3-5 while creating meaningful memories and helping build the foundation for lifelong learning.

What You'll Do:

As our Lead Preschool Teacher, you'll create a fun, safe, and engaging classroom where children can learn, explore, play, and thrive. You'll lead curriculum planning, nurture young minds, build positive relationships with families, and work collaboratively with a team that loves what they do. We're looking for someone who can balance health and safety with plenty of singing, dancing, storytelling, exploring, and hands-on learning adventures! Must have one of the following:

CPL3 CDA

Associate Degree If you are positive, reliable, energetic, and passionate about early childhood education you will make an impact.
