Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote literacy, math skills, physical activity, and social-emotional growth Create a nurturing classroom environment that encourages exploration, creativity, and independence Manage classroom behavior through positive reinforcement and effective behavior management strategies Communicate regularly with parents and guardians to share progress, address concerns, and foster collaborative relationships Conduct assessments of child development milestones and adapt instruction accordingly Ensure compliance with mandated reporting laws and child welfare standards to maintain a safe environment Incorporate special education strategies and early intervention techniques to support diverse learning needs Lead activities that promote physical education, fine motor skills, and overall health awareness Maintain accurate records of lesson plans, student progress, attendance, and classroom incidents Qualifications Proven experience working with children in preschool or early childhood settings; prior preschool teaching experience preferred Strong knowledge of child development principles, curriculum development, and classroom management techniques Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, staff, and community partners Ability to implement lesson plans that foster literacy education, math skills, physical activity, and social-emotional learning Passion for early childhood education with a proactive approach to teaching young learners We value energetic educators who are eager to inspire curiosity and growth every day.
