Part-time, Full-time or One time only opportunities, flexible scheduling with opportunities for recurring weekly hours Kalli's Helping Hands is a growing family-support business serving families throughout the Cincinnati area. We're looking for dependable, caring, and motivated individuals to join our team as Family Support Caregivers. This is a little different from a traditional nanny or babysitting position. Our team supports multiple local families with the everyday things that make life run a little smoother. Depending on your experience, interests, and comfort level, assignments may include childcare, meal prep, light household help, laundry, tidying, organizing, companionship, or other family-support tasks. You are NOT expected to do everything listed above. Team members are matched with families and assignments based on their experience, availability, location, and the types of work they are comfortable providing. How It Works Kalli's Helping Hands handles finding clients, communicating with families, scheduling, and booking appointments. You provide your availability and preferred travel distance, and you'll be offered assignments that fit. Some families need occasional help, while others need the same caregiver for recurring weekly appointments. Certain opportunities may offer longer or more consistent hours similar to a traditional part-time nanny or family-assistant position. All appointments have a 2-hour minimum . We're Looking for

Someone Who Is:

Dependable and communicates consistently Caring, patient, and respectful in clients' homes Comfortable working independently Able to arrive on time and honor accepted commitments Interested in building relationships with local families Able to provide professional and/or personal references Equipped with reliable transportation to client homes Why Join Kalli's Helping Hands?
