Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for fostering a positive learning environment, developing engaging curriculum, and supporting the academic and social growth of students across various age groups. Experience in early childhood education, special education, and classroom management is highly valued. Duties Design and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, including literacy, math, physical education, and Montessori methods. Manage classroom behavior and create a nurturing environment conducive to learning and development. Utilize classroom management techniques to maintain discipline and encourage positive interactions among students. Develop individualized education plans for students requiring special education or early intervention services. Assess student progress through standardized testing, formative assessments, and regular observations. Incorporate diverse teaching strategies such as tutoring, hands-on activities, and technology integration to enhance student engagement. Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and fellow educators to support student welfare and address individual needs. Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress reports, and lesson documentation. Engage in ongoing professional development related to childhood development, literacy education, childcare, and other relevant areas. Support children's social-emotional well-being by implementing behavior management strategies and promoting positive behavior. Experience Prior experience working with children in educational settings such as daycare, preschool, private schools, or early childhood programs is preferred. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development across core subjects including math, literacy, physical education, and special education. Experience with classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies. Knowledge of childhood development principles and early intervention practices. Familiarity with standardized testing procedures and tutoring methods. Background in early childhood education or Montessori teaching methods is advantageous. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with students, parents, and colleagues. Previous experience working with diverse learners including children with special needs or those requiring additional support is desirable.
