Parma Preschool is a private, Reggio Emilia-inspired preschool serving children ages 3-5, and we're looking for an Assistant Preschool Teacher to join our team for the 2026-2027 school year. Unlike many traditional school settings, we have the freedom to create meaningful learning experiences alongside the children. We don't follow a scripted curriculum. Instead, we listen, observe, ask questions, and build learning from children's interests and ideas. If you're a teacher who is feeling burned out, a former educator thinking about returning to the classroom, or someone who still loves teaching but is looking for a different kind of school, this might be exactly what you've been searching for.

8:30 a.m.-4:00 p.m.
Friday:

Someone Who:
Loves working with young children Is dependable, patient, and nurturing Enjoys collaborating with others Wants the freedom to be creative and continue growing professionally Experience in preschool, childcare, nannying, coaching, camps, or education is welcome. Education Preferred (Not Required) Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field OR college coursework in education or child development Relevant experience is just as valuable—we encourage you to apply! Salary $21,000-$25,000 , based on education and experience.
