Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a passionate and energetic Pre-K Lead Teacher to inspire and nurture young learners in a vibrant early childhood education environment. As a key leader in the classroom, you will create engaging, developmentally appropriate activities that foster curiosity, social-emotional growth, and foundational skills. Responsibilities Design and implement dynamic lesson plans aligned with curriculum standards, incorporating literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori methods where appropriate. Create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes positive behavior management and supports children's social-emotional development. Facilitate hands-on activities that encourage exploration, creativity, and critical thinking tailored to toddlers and preschool-aged children. Collaborate with families to communicate progress, address individual needs, and support early intervention strategies when necessary. Manage classroom routines efficiently, ensuring safety, cleanliness, and organization in accordance with childcare regulations. Incorporate special education techniques to support children with diverse learning needs and promote inclusive participation. Conduct assessments using standardized testing methods to monitor developmental milestones and inform instructional strategies. Requirements Proven experience working with children in early childhood settings, including preschool or daycare environments. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and classroom management strategies. Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, literacy education, math instruction, and Montessori methods. Experience supporting children with special needs or early intervention programs is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children, families, and team members. Valid credentials in early childhood education or related fields; certifications in childcare or preschool teaching preferred. Ability to create an inclusive classroom that fosters child welfare and promotes positive social interactions.
