About Primrose School of South Lebanon Primrose School of South Lebanon is an accredited private preschool that provides a premier educational child care experience for children from infancy through school age. Through our exclusive Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum, we combine purposeful play, character development, and academic excellence to help children thrive. What You'll Do Supervise and ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times. Implement daily lesson plans and classroom activities using the Primrose Balanced Learning® curriculum. Foster children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development. Build positive relationships with children, families, and fellow team members. Create and maintain an organized, welcoming, and engaging classroom environment. Encourage positive behavior through consistent expectations and nurturing guidance. Observe and document children's growth and development. Maintain compliance with all licensing, health, and safety requirements. Assist with classroom organization, cleaning, and general school responsibilities. What We're Looking For The ideal candidate is: Passionate about early childhood education Dependable, professional, and punctual Positive and team-oriented Patient, nurturing, and energetic Committed to creating meaningful learning experiences Eager to learn and grow professionally Qualifications Must meet all Ohio child care licensing requirements. Previous experience in a licensed child care center, preschool, or early childhood program preferred. Strong communication and classroom management skills. Knowledge of child development and developmentally appropriate practices preferred. Ability to lift up to 35 pounds as needed for child supervision and safety. Infant and Toddler Teachers must be able to safely lift infants into and out of cribs. Why Join Our Team?
