Job Summary Join our vibrant early childhood education team as a Child Care Assistant Teacher, where your enthusiasm and dedication will foster a nurturing environment for young learners. In this role, you will support classroom activities, assist with child supervision, and promote developmental growth through engaging instruction and compassionate care. Your energy and commitment will help create a positive, safe space where children can explore, learn, and thrive. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact in the lives of children while developing your skills in early childhood education. Responsibilities Support lead teachers in implementing age-appropriate curriculum and activities that promote social, emotional, and cognitive development. Supervise children during indoor and outdoor play, ensuring their safety at all times. Assist with classroom management by maintaining a clean, organized, and stimulating environment. Engage children in educational games, arts and crafts, storytime, and other developmental activities. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, behavior, and daily routines. Follow mandated reporting laws to report any concerns related to child safety or well-being promptly. Maintain current certifications in first aid, CPR, pediatric first aid, and child abuse prevention as required by state regulations. Experience no experience required.
