In this role, you will inspire and guide young children through engaging, developmentally appropriate activities. In this vital role, you will inspire young learners through engaging lessons, support their developmental milestones, and create a positive classroom atmosphere. Your enthusiasm for early childhood education will help lay the foundation for lifelong learning and curiosity! Duties Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that promote literacy, math, physical education, and social-emotional growth. Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence. Manage daily classroom activities, including lesson planning, behavior management, and classroom organization. Support children's individual needs through early intervention strategies and special education techniques when necessary. Foster effective communication with children, parents, and colleagues to ensure a collaborative educational experience. Conduct assessments to monitor each child's progress and tailor instruction accordingly. Experience Prior classroom experience working with children 6 weeks to 5 years old in a early childhood education settings. Knowledge of childhood development principles, behavior management techniques, and childcare best practices. Conscious Discipline experience and training Experience in Creative curriculum , lesson planning, and TSG documentation Strong communication skills to effectively work with students, parents, and team members. Demonstrated ability to manage classrooms efficiently while fostering a nurturing environment.
