Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that promotes learning through play and exploration. Monitor and assess each child's development and communicate regularly with families. Maintain compliance with state licensing regulations, health and safety standards. Participate in staff meetings, professional development, and parent conferences. Model positive behavior management and guide children in social-emotional development. Must be able to work collaboratively as a team while also being self-motivated. Opening the center. Requirements Associate or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (CDA considered with experience).
