Job Description
Overview Believers Early Learning Center is now hiring for full time Infant Teacher Monday through Friday, where your passion for nurturing and educating the youngest learners will make a lasting impact. In this role, you will create a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate environment tailored specifically for infants. Your dedication will support their growth, curiosity, and emotional well-being while fostering positive relationships with families and colleagues. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the foundational stages of childhood development in a dynamic daycare setting. Responsibilities Provide attentive supervision and care for infants, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times Develop and implement age-appropriate activities that promote sensory exploration, motor skills, and early cognitive development Maintain a clean, organized, and stimulating classroom environment aligned with health and safety standards Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress, milestones, and daily experiences to foster trust and collaboration Follow all mandated reporting laws and health protocols, including pediatric first aid and CPR procedures Child Abuse an Communicable Disease. BCI and FBI fingerprints are mandatory along with a background check from OCCRRA Manage classroom routines such as feeding, diapering, nap times, and transitions smoothly and efficiently Skills At least 1 year experience working with infants in demonstrating strong classroom management skills Knowledge of childhood development principles specific to infants and toddlers Certification in first aid, CPR, including pediatric first aid training Excellent communication skills for parent engagement and team collaboration Ability to implement behavior management techniques suitable for young children Experience in Early Education environments emphasizing child supervision and classroom organization Passion for early childhood education with a focus on infant care and toddler development
