Duties Lead daily classroom activities tailored to infants' developmental stages, encouraging exploration and learning through play. Develop individualized care plans that address each infant's developmental milestones, including physical, cognitive, social, and emotional growth. Maintain accurate records of children's progress, health updates, and daily routines in compliance with licensing standards. Communicate regularly with parents or guardians about their child's development, milestones, and any concerns or updates. Ensure the safety of all children by adhering to strict supervision protocols. Qualifications Proven experience working with infants in daycare centers or early childhood settings; preschool or toddler care experience is highly valued. Demonstrated knowledge of child development instruction, behavior management, classroom management techniques, and early childhood education principles. Certification in first aid and CPR (pediatric first aid a preferred), with ongoing commitment to health and safety standards. Strong communication skills for effective parent engagement and team collaboration. Ability to lead by example, demonstrating enthusiasm, patience, and professionalism in all interactions with children and staff. FBI and BCI Background check. Also, Ohio Registry Background check.
