Daycare Lead Teacher / Transportation Driver Pleasurable Child Care Centers Full-Time & Part-Time | Multiple Locations | 8 Open Positions Pleasurable Child Care Centers is currently hiring 8 dependable, energetic, and experienced Daycare Lead Teachers to join our growing childcare team. These positions also include transportation responsibilities , so applicants must be comfortable safely transporting children as part of their assigned duties. We are hiring for full-time and part-time positions across three locations: 18205 Miles Rd, Warrensville Heights, OH 44128 2046 Spring Rd, Cleveland, OH 44109 5611 Pearl Rd, Parma, OH 44129 Available Shifts 6:00 AM - 3:00 PM 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM Weekend availability is required Full-time and part-time schedules available Compensation Competitive pay based on childcare experience, qualifications, education, and demonstrated leadership experience. Position Responsibilities As a Daycare Lead Teacher, you will be responsible for maintaining a safe, structured, engaging, and nurturing environment for children while providing leadership within the classroom.

Responsibilities include:

Supervise and actively engage with children throughout the day Lead age-appropriate educational and recreational activities Maintain a structured daily classroom routine Assist with lesson plans, learning activities, and developmental programming Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment Monitor children closely and maintain appropriate staff-to-child supervision Communicate professionally with parents, guardians, coworkers, and management Maintain accurate attendance and classroom documentation Assist children with meals, hygiene, transitions, and other daily needs as appropriate Follow all center policies, procedures, licensing requirements, and safety standards Provide safe transportation for children when assigned Complete vehicle and transportation safety procedures Maintain professionalism, reliability, and punctual attendance Perform additional childcare-related duties as assigned Transportation Responsibilities Because transportation is an essential component of this position, applicants must: Have a valid driver's license Maintain an acceptable driving record Be comfortable operating company vehicles Safely transport children to and from designated locations Follow all transportation, child-safety, attendance, and vehicle procedures Complete any required transportation training Minimum Qualifications Applicants must: Have previous childcare/daycare experience Have experience working directly with children Have the ability to supervise and lead a classroom Have a valid driver's license Be dependable and punctual Have reliable transportation to and from work Be able to work assigned morning, evening, and/or weekend shifts Demonstrate professional communication and teamwork skills Be able to maintain a safe and organized environment Meet all applicable Ohio childcare employment and licensing requirements Lead Teacher experience is strongly preferred.
