We are looking for a dependable, positive, and flexible Float Teacher to join our childcare team! Our Float Teachers play an important role in supporting classrooms, teachers, and children throughout the center. The ideal candidate is someone who enjoys working with children of all ages , can easily step into different classrooms, and brings a fun, friendly, and nurturing attitude each day. What We're Looking For Dependable and reliable with consistent attendance and punctuality Comfortable working with all age groups , from infants through school-age children Willing to jump in wherever help is needed throughout the center Able to collaborate and communicate with Lead Teachers and other staff Positive, energetic, and able to create a fun and welcoming environment for children Warm, friendly, and professional when interacting with children and families Patient, nurturing, and attentive to each child's individual needs Willing to assist with classroom routines, transitions, meals, nap time, diapering/restroom needs, and activities Able to follow classroom expectations, center policies, and safety procedures Comfortable taking direction and working as part of a team Maintains a clean, organized, and engaging classroom environment Someone who is willing to learn, grow, and support our center wherever needed

Education:

High school or equivalent diploma required, CDA will qualify for higher pay Also looking for teachers with AAS, BA, or master degrees in early childhood education or child development
