What You'll Do:

Create a warm, safe, and engaging classroom environment for infants (6 weeks-12 months) toddlers (18 months-2.5 years) and preschoolers ( 3-5years.) Implement a curriculum that supports early literacy, math, science, and social-emotional growth Foster independence and prepare children for kindergarten readiness Build meaningful relationships with children and families through communication and collaboration Work closely with your co-teachers and leadership team to provide the best experience for every child Ensure compliance with state licensing regulations and TLE standards What We're Looking For A passion for teaching infants, toddlers, and preschoolers and making learning fun Strong classroom management and organizational skills Ability to balance structured curriculum with creative exploration Professionalism, reliability, and a positive team spirit Qualifications High School Diploma or GED required (Associate's or Bachelor's in Early Childhood Education preferred Must meet state requirements for background checks and clearances At The Learning Experience, our teachers inspire curiosity, confidence, and kindness in every child.
