At Creative Play Center, classroom teaching teams are structured to have co-lead teachers who work collaboratively to plan curriculum, design the classroom environment, and share in the management of the classroom. By using a project-based approach, the curriculum is inspired by the interests and learning needs of the children. At CPC, our teachers… Create a warm, inviting, and supportive classroom environment Foster positive, nurturing relationships with children, families, and colleagues Observe and assess children's development and interests Guide and learn alongside children as they explore and investigate their world Collaborate with colleagues to develop meaningful learning experiences Qualifications… Associate's degree required or Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education are preferred Must have 2 years of experience working with children in a center setting Background checks and physical prior to employment, as required by the State of Ohio Must be able to keep children within sight and sound, and get up and down off of the floor We offer a competitive wages and benefits package to our full-time employees.
