Duties Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum activities that promote cognitive, social, emotional, and physical development. Facilitate a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment that encourages exploration and creativity. Monitor and assess individual children's progress, providing support tailored to their developmental needs. Maintain open communication with parents and guardians regarding children's progress and any concerns. Ensure the safety of children at all times by adhering to health and safety policies. Incorporate child development instruction techniques to support early learning milestones. Respond promptly to children's needs, providing comfort and guidance as necessary. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom environment. Requirements Prior teaching experience with young children in a preschool or early childhood education setting. Certification in First Aid and CPR is required. Knowledge of child development principles and instructional strategies suitable for preschool-aged children. Strong communication skills with the ability to connect effectively with young children, parents, and team members. Patience, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with children. Ability to create an engaging, nurturing, and safe learning environment. Flexibility to adapt teaching methods based on individual children's needs.

Pay:

$15.00 - $17.00 per hour Expected hours: 30.0 - 40.0 per week
