Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Assistant Preschool Director to join our vibrant early childhood education team. Duties Assist in developing, implementing, and evaluating innovative curriculum plans that promote childhood development and align with educational standards. Support faculty in professional development initiatives, coaching, and performance evaluations to enhance instructional quality. Oversee school administrative functions, including managing budgets, maintaining compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, and ensuring operational efficiency. Lead staff supervision by coordinating classroom schedules, facilitating team meetings, and fostering a collaborative work environment. Contribute to strategic planning efforts focused on program growth, community engagement, and fundraising initiatives to support school sustainability. Ensure adherence to all educational policies, health and safety regulations, including special education law and childhood development best practices. Represent the preschool at community events, participate in public speaking engagements, and build relationships with families, partners, and stakeholders. Qualifications Proven experience in school administration or leadership roles within early childhood or K-12 education settings. Strong background in curriculum development, instructional leadership, and educational compliance. Demonstrated management skills including personnel supervision, faculty evaluation, and managing budgets as an education administrator. Knowledge of legal requirements related to early childhood education, special education law, and school regulations. Excellent communication skills with the ability to facilitate professional development sessions and engage diverse audiences. Experience working with children across various age groups with a focus on childhood development principles.
