JOB REQUIREMENTS
Pay is based on Experience in the field and Education- Lead teachers must have minimum of CDA, AA or BA in early childhood education
- Must pass a background check upon hire
- Provide shot records and receive a work physical upon hire
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Implement age-appropriate curriculum to promote the development of infants and toddlers.
- Create a safe and nurturing environment for young children to learn and grow.
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to support positive behavior and engagement.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute educational activities that meet the needs of each child.
- Monitor and assess children's development to provide individualized support as needed.
- Stay current on best practices in early childhood education and incorporate them into daily activities.
- Foster a love of learning through engaging and interactive teaching methods.
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom that is conducive to learning and exploration.
- Attend professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
