Job Requirements:

Pay is based on Experience in the field and Education Lead teachers must have minimum of CDA, AA or BA in early childhood education Must pass a background check upon hire Provide shot records and receive a work physical upon hire

Responsibilities:

Implement age-appropriate curriculum to promote the development of infants and toddlers. Create a safe and nurturing environment for young children to learn and grow. Utilize effective classroom management techniques to support positive behavior and engagement. Communicate regularly with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns. Collaborate with colleagues to plan and execute educational activities that meet the needs of each child. Monitor and assess children's development to provide individualized support as needed. Stay current on best practices in early childhood education and incorporate them into daily activities. Foster a love of learning through engaging and interactive teaching methods. Maintain a clean and organized classroom that is conducive to learning and exploration. Attend professional development opportunities to enhance teaching skills and stay up-to-date on industry trends.
