Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development, behavior, and educational needs. Provide support for children with special needs through early intervention strategies. Promote literacy education by integrating reading and writing activities into daily routines. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care, adhering to child welfare regulations. Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience for all students. Qualifications Experience working with children in daycare or educational settings is preferred but we will train if needed. Willingness to understand child development principles and early intervention practices. Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff members. A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young minds.
