Overview We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Child Care Teacher to join our team. You will play a crucial role in fostering a safe and engaging atmosphere where children can thrive. Responsibilities Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards. Foster a positive learning environment that encourages curiosity, exploration, and creativity. Monitor and assess children's progress through standardized testing and other evaluation methods. Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's development, behavior, and educational needs. Provide support for children with special needs through early intervention strategies. Promote literacy education by integrating reading and writing activities into daily routines. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children in your care, adhering to child welfare regulations. Collaborate with colleagues to create a cohesive educational experience for all students. Qualifications Experience working with children in daycare or educational settings is preferred but we will train if needed. Willingness to understand child development principles and early intervention practices. Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff members. A genuine passion for teaching and nurturing young minds.
