You will help young children grow through play, stories, and daily learning routines. What You'll Do Lead daily group and individual learning activities tailored for three-year-olds. Help children with basic daily routines, social skills, and positive behavior. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent education credential. Minimum of two years of experience working with young children in a group setting. Ability to pass a background check and meet state childcare licensing rules. Nice To Have Child Development Associate (CDA) credential or early childhood coursework. CPR and First Aid certification.
