We are seeking a caring, energetic, and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our early childhood education team! This role is specifically for our 3-year-old classroom, where you'll be responsible for creating a safe, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development Foster a warm and nurturing classroom atmosphere that supports learning through play Maintain a safe, clean, and organized classroom environment Supervise children at all times, ensuring safety and well-being Communicate effectively with children, parents, and fellow staff members Support classroom routines, transitions, and positive behavior management Observe and document children's growth, development, and interests
Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required; degree in Early Childhood Education or CDA preferred Previous experience working with preschool-aged children (preferably 3-year-olds) Knowledge of early childhood development and best practices CPR/First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) Strong communication and teamwork skills Must pass background checks and meet state licensing requirements
