Skills Extensive experience working with children across various age groups, including toddlers and preschoolers. Proven expertise in curriculum development, classroom management, behavior management, and lesson planning. Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and administrators to foster a collaborative environment. Familiarity with preschool teaching standards, Montessori methods, and physical education activities for young learners. Experience with childcare environments such as daycare centers or private schools is highly desirable. Knowledge of mandated reporting laws related to child welfare and safety procedures. Competence in using educational tools like standardized testing assessments and tutoring techniques to support student growth.
