CDA or Master Teacher Little Okie Academy | Muskogee, OK Job Type Full-Time or Part-Time Monday-Friday About Us Little Okie Academy is a family-focused early childhood education center dedicated to providing a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and thrive. We are seeking a caring, dependable, and motivated CDA or Master Teacher to join our team. CDA or Master Teachers are responsible for creating a safe, engaging classroom environment while delivering developmentally appropriate curriculum and maintaining strong communication with families. Key Responsibilities Plan and implement daily curriculum supporting social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development Maintain a positive, structured classroom using consistent and supportive guidance Oversee daily routines including personal care, hygiene, and learning activities Complete and maintain classroom documentation, developmental assessments, and progress reports Ensure classrooms consistently meet safety, cleanliness, and licensing standards Communicate with parents through daily updates and scheduled conferences Follow all state licensing regulations and Little Okie Academy policies Qualifications Child Development Associate (CDA) certification required Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time-management skills Warm, approachable, and professional demeanor Consistent professionalism in appearance, attitude, and work ethic Benefits Supportive team environment Professional development opportunities Paid time off for eligible full-time employees accrues after 90 days of employment.
