Child Care Teachers Child Care Drivers / Teachers At Kinderberry Academy, we believe children deserve teachers who make them feel safe, valued, engaged, and excited to learn. What You'll Do Depending on your position, responsibilities may include: Creating a safe, positive, and engaging classroom environment Building meaningful relationships with children and families Supervising children throughout the day Leading age-appropriate learning activities, play, and classroom experiences Assisting with meals, routines, transitions, and classroom care Maintaining a clean, organized, and welcoming environment Communicating professionally with families and coworkers Following all health, safety, and program policies Transporting children safely to and from school or program activities when assigned as a driver What We're Looking For We're looking for team members who are: Dependable and punctual Positive and professional Patient and caring with children Comfortable working as part of a team Willing to learn and grow Able to actively supervise children and maintain a safe environment Ready to make a difference - not just clock in for a shift Previous child care or early childhood experience is a plus, but the right attitude, reliability, and commitment to children matter to us. Van Driver Requirements Applicants for driving positions must: Be at least 21 years old Have a valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Be comfortable safely transporting and supervising children Meet all applicable program, licensing, and insurance requirements for drivers Background Check Required All positions require successful completion of a national background check and all other required child care employment screenings before employment.
