Responsibilities Provide consistent supervision and engagement with children in various preschool classrooms, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times Assist lead teachers with classroom activities, including child development instruction and age-appropriate learning experiences Support children with daily routines such as snack time, bathroom breaks, diapering, and nap times, maintaining a clean and organized environment Implement behavior management strategies to promote positive social interactions among children Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress, needs, and daily experiences Assist Specials Teachers along with Administration with daily tasks Maintain current certifications in first aid, CPR, pediatric first aid, and child supervision standards to ensure readiness for emergency situations Experience Prior experience working with children in preschool, daycare, or childcare settings is highly preferred Demonstrated classroom experience managing young children's activities and behavior management techniques Knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education best practices Experience working with children with disabilities or special needs is a plus Familiarity with toddler care, infant care, and working within a daycare or daycare center environment Strong communication skills for parent interaction and team collaboration Certification in first aid, CPR, or pediatric first aid is required; additional training in special education or behavior management is advantageous Experience with teaching Spanish or Music would be a plus Join us in creating joyful learning moments!
