Lead Preschool Teacher - Join Our Warm & Supportive Team! We're looking for a caring, enthusiastic Lead Teacher to join our cozy preschool family! In this role, you'll create a fun, engaging, and safe environment where little ones can learn, grow, and thrive. If you're passionate about early childhood education and love working with young children, this could be the perfect fit.
What You'll Do:
Plan and lead creative, age-appropriate lessons and activities Create a warm, supportive space where every child feels safe and encouraged Support kids' individual needs with early learning and development strategies Use simple behavior guidance tools to help kids learn positive habits Help children grow socially, emotionally, and physically through play and structured activities We'd Love toHear From You If You:
Have experience working with young children in a preschool or daycare Know a thing or two about child development and early learning Communicate clearly and kindly with kids, parents, and team members Can plan fun, thoughtful lessons that support each child's growth New to teaching?
