KinderCare is seeking dedicated Teachers for our CDLC of Oklahoma City center. In this on-site role, you will create a safe, nurturing classroom where young children learn through play and structured activities. You'll plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons, support social-emotional growth, and maintain strong communication with families. Responsibilities Plan and deliver developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Ensure a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Observe and document children's progress and developmental milestones. Communicate regularly with families about child progress and classroom activities. Support social-emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning. Follow all health, safety, and licensing regulations. Collaborate with co-teachers and center leadership on curriculum and classroom management. Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and professional development. Implement positive behavior guidance strategies aligned with center policies. Assist with daily routines including meals, rest time, and transitions.
