Job Description

Position Overview:
The Toddler Teacher will play a vital role in creating a safe, stimulating, and caring environment for toddlers. The ideal candidate will have a deep passion for early childhood education, be dependable, and have an understanding of developmental milestones.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide attentive and nurturing care to infants and toddlers, ensuring their safety and comfort at all times.
  • Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote developmental milestones.
  • Maintain open and effective communication with parents and guardians regarding their children's progress and needs.
  • Ensure compliance with (State/Local) DHS guidelines and new accreditation requirements.
  • Be trainable and eager to continuously learn and grow.
  • Conduct daily health checks and maintain accurate records of the children's activities, attendance, and health information.
  • Collaborate with team memebers to create a supportive work environment and adhere to all center policies and procedures.
