Job Description

KinderCare is seeking Teachers for our Owasso learning center to nurture and educate young children in a safe, engaging environment. In this role, you'll design and lead age-appropriate activities, support social-emotional growth, and foster curiosity and early learning. You'll maintain a warm, inclusive classroom, communicate regularly with families, and ensure all health, safety, and licensing standards are met. Responsibilities Plan and implement developmentally appropriate lessons and activities for young children. Maintain a safe, clean, and engaging classroom environment. Supervise children to ensure health, safety, and positive behavior. Build strong, professional relationships with families and communicate child progress. Observe and document children's development and learning milestones. Collaborate with center staff to support curriculum, events, and classroom coverage. Follow all licensing, health, and safety regulations and Kinder Care policies. Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
