Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking dedicated and passionate Master Teachers to join our educational team. The ideal candidates will have a strong background in early childhood education and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment for young children. This role requires effective classroom management skills, the ability to develop engaging lesson plans and a deep understanding of childhood development principles. The Master Teacher will be responsible for guiding students through their educational journey while ensuring their safety and well-being.
Current Classroom Openings:
School Age Preschool Toddler Duties Create lesson plans that promote literacy, math, and physical education tailored to the needs of each child. Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment conducive to learning. Provide individualized support for children with special needs through early intervention strategies. Foster positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues through effective communication. Conduct assessments to monitor children's progress and adapt teaching methods accordingly. Collaborate with other educators to enhance the overall educational experience within the center. Engage in ongoing professional development opportunities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education. Qualifications A CDA or in process, Master Teacher certificate, or degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is required. Proven experience working with children in an educational setting, such as preschool or daycare. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and behavior management techniques. Experience in lesson planning tailored for infants -school aged children. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with students, parents, and staff. Ability to work collaboratively within a team-oriented environment while also demonstrating leadership capabilities. Ready to Join Us?
