Job Description
KinderCare is seeking passionate Teachers for our North Mustang Road learning center in Oklahoma City. In this on-site role, you will create a safe, nurturing classroom where young children can explore, learn, and grow. You'll plan and lead age-appropriate activities, support social-emotional development, and communicate regularly with families about each child's progress. Working within a collaborative, inclusive culture, you'll follow licensing and safety standards while accessing ongoing training and career development opportunities with a national leader in early childhood education. Responsibilities Plan and deliver age-appropriate lessons and activities aligned with early childhood best practices. Maintain a safe, clean, and nurturing classroom environment. Observe, document, and communicate children's developmental progress. Build positive, responsive relationships with children and families. Collaborate with center staff to support school-wide programs and events. Implement behavior guidance and classroom management strategies. Ensure compliance with state licensing and Kinder Care policies. Participate in ongoing professional development and training.
