Skills Proven experience working with children in educational settings, especially with toddlers. Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and early childhood education methodologies. Certification in first aid and CPR; experience with emergency response procedures. Familiarity with special education practices and working with children with disabilities or developmental delays. Excellent classroom management skills to foster positive behavior and create an inclusive environment. Ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, colleagues, and caregivers from diverse backgrounds. Experience in caregiving roles that demonstrate patience, attentiveness, and nurturing qualities. Knowledge of behavior management techniques tailored for young children to promote cooperation and emotional regulation.
