What You'll Do:
Curriculum Creation:
Plan and implement engaging, play-based activities aligned with developmental milestones
Nurturing Environment:
Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom for toddlers
Family Communication:
Build strong partnerships with parents through daily updates and open communication
Classroom Leadership:
Maintain a structured, organized, and fun environment
Social-Emotional Support:
Help toddlers navigate emotions, develop social skills, and build friendships What You Bring to the
Table Required Certification:
Must be at least a Level 5 on the Oklahoma Professional Development Registry (OPDR)
Experience:
Prior experience in a licensed childcare center or preschool (toddler experience preferred)
Education:
CDA, Associate's Degree in Early Childhood Education, or at least 12 ECE credit hours Passion for
Teaching:
Energetic, patient, creative, and nurturing
Strong Communication:
Able to effectively connect with children, families, and team members

Pay:
$12.00 - $15.00 per hour
