In this role, you will design engaging, play-based lessons that support each child's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical growth. Responsibilities Create a safe, nurturing, and inclusive classroom environment for young children. Plan and implement age-appropriate, developmentally aligned lesson plans and activities. Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development through play-based learning. Communicate regularly with families about children's progress, milestones, and daily activities. Maintain classroom cleanliness, organization, and adherence to health and safety standards. Observe and document children's development and behaviors to inform instruction. Collaborate with center staff to support center-wide initiatives and events. Participate in ongoing professional development and training opportunities.
