Duties Lead daily classroom activities with enthusiasm, ensuring a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment for toddlers. Develop and implement age-appropriate curriculum plans that incorporate literacy education, early intervention . Manage classroom behavior effectively using positive reinforcement and behavior management strategies to promote respectful interactions. Communicate regularly with parents and guardians about children's progress, milestones, and any concerns, fostering strong partnerships. Supervise and mentor assistant teachers and staff to ensure high-quality childcare and educational standards are maintained. Conduct ongoing assessments of child development to tailor instruction and support individualized learning plans. Maintain compliance with mandated reporting laws, health and safety regulations, including first aid and CPR certifications, ensuring a secure environment for all children. Qualifications Proven experience working with children in early childhood education settings, including preschool or daycare environments. Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, classroom management, and child development instruction. Knowledge of special education needs, early intervention strategies, and childhood welfare practices. Strong communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, colleagues, and community partners. Certification in first aid and CPR; additional credentials educationFamiliarity with mandated reporting laws and best practices in childcare safety standards. Passion for teaching young children with patience, creativity, and a proactive approach to fostering learning through play-based activities.
