Job Description

Overview We are seeking a dynamic and compassionate Lead Family Assistant for three different shifts:
  • Swing- 2pm-10pm
  • Daycare (morning) 8am-4pm
  • Weekend (Friday-Sunday) any shift to join our dedicated Residential SUD team.
In this vital role, you will serve as a trusted partner in supporting the daily needs of children and family members within a residential program setting. Your energetic approach, combined with your expertise in childcare and household management, will ensure a nurturing, organized, and joyful environment. This position is unique in that you will be leading/supporting other family assistants in this position. Duties Provide comprehensive childcare support for children of various ages, including infants, toddlers, and preschoolers, ensuring their safety, development, and happiness (ages newborn to 6 years old) Lead household routines such as light cleaning, laundry, and residential housekeeping to maintain a clean and organized home environment Administer first aid and CPR when necessary, following safety protocols to ensure health emergencies are managed promptly and effectively you will help run a shift specific monthly meeting, help with monthly inventories, create and maintain monthly logs, train new staff and write/manage a shift schedule Experience Proven experience working with children across different age groups in private homes, daycare centers, or babysitting roles Demonstrated ability to provide infant care and toddler care with patience and attentiveness Hands-on experience with residential housekeeping tasks such as cleaning Valid certifications including First Aid and CPR are required; additional training in caregiving or teaching is a plus Join us as a Lead Family Assistant if you're passionate about creating a safe place for ladies and their kiddos while they seek drug and alcohol treatment while also managing household responsibilities efficiently. Pay:
